  RETURN & REFUNDS guarantees the performance and quality of all the products we supply for a minimum of 30 days. If you feel you have a faulty product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:

1.) Please be sure that your product is set up correctly and properly installed. Common problem areas are incorrect wiring, not following diagrams or instructions correctly and poor quality installation techniques. The technical support page will allow you to place a "ticket" to contact a technician.

2.) In addition to contacting a technician using the online ticket support system, you can contact by LiveHelp to chat with a support representative live. Many problems can be resolved by simply speaking with support staff without incurring shipping costs and inevitable delays.

3.) If you are satisfied that your product is faulty, you must request an RMA number using the technical support page before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your invoice number in a ticket.. 24-48 hours after submitting the completed RMA number request, you will be contacted via email with unique RMA number and product return instructions.

4.) Returned items must be complete without exception. i.e. - in original packaging with all cables, manuals, software, packaging and included accessories regardless of size or value.

5.) When returning a product,  you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt (printable online through your order history).

6.) All warranties are Return To Base (RTB). Therefore it is your responsibility to pay all shipping costs including import taxes for any returned items. will cover the shipping costs (standard ground) when sending replacement (replacing verified defective merchandise) orders to you.

7.) It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.

8.) If the returned product is verified faulty, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. You are entitled to a refund (within 15 days of purchase) for the total value of the your order (* applies to verified defective returned merchandise only). You may also request store credit to use towards a future purchase.

9.) If the returned product is verified as working 100%, it will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all return shipping costs which can be paid by credit card or money order. You are entitled to a refund (within 30 days of purchase) for the total value of the your order less shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee (* applies to verified working returned merchandise only).

10.) ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED TO ALLMODCHIP.COM MUST BE MARKED CLEARLY WITH YOUR RMA NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE. You are only issued a RMA number if you place a technical support page ticket.
